The Khrons team builds homes that are impervious to fire, earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, wood rot, termites, water leaks, and even mold. They keep the weather out and the quiet in. You won't hear your neighbors, and they won't hear you. Actually, you will not even hear the person in the next room.
Your Khrons home will protect you and the many generations that will come after you. And its building cost is comparable to that of a standard modern home. But the big difference is that you will save thousands of dollars year after year, because your Khrons home requires little or no maintenance, and has very low operating costs. For example, heating and cooling your new Khrons home will cost you on average just 9% of what a standard home of the same size costs to heat and cool.
As you know, buildings have two types of costs: initial and ongoing. Initial costs are things like land purchase, design, planning, permits, and construction. Ongoing costs are maintenance and operation. Since maintenance and operation costs are broken down across time, they are routinely underestimated. What appears to be less obvious –judging from the current standard practices– is the fact that by shifting just a small amount of those costs from ongoing to initial, the long-term savings are nothing short of spectacular.
In April of 2016 our architects and engineers set out to create a new type of dwelling, one that is virtually indestructible and requires minimal maintenance. By the time we were done, we realized we had set forward a beautiful new standard, something that has very little in common with what the mainstream building industry currently delivers.
When you are ready to make your move, take a look at what we have to offer. After all, the roof over your head is the last thing you should be worried about. |
